Dear Families,
We hope this message finds you well. As we start to plan for the upcoming summer, we are excited to explore the possibility of offering a summer camp program for kids ages 5-12 years old. We believe that a summer camp can provide valuable opportunities for learning, growth, and fun outside of the traditional academic setting.
The camp will be run by some of our incredible pastors, teachers, and assistants. They will have crafts, games, water days, field trips, storytime, theme days, movie days, picnics, recess, and other fun activities. For those Students who have school summer packets assigned to them, they will receive help with completing their packets. Students will be broken up into groups depending on their age/grade levels.
Before we proceed with the detailed planning, we would like to gauge the level of interest among our families. Your feedback is crucial in helping us tailor the program to best suit the needs and preferences of our community.
